Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Issues Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at support@kevinscoolstore.com. Please note: All refunds will have the cost of the return shipping label deducted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund check your bank account again then contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@kevinscoolstore.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@kevinscoolstore.com. After confirmation, send your item to the return address provided in the email.
Shipping
Please contact us before returning any item to ensure a smooth return process.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders Sent Back To Us (Returned To Sender)
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, please email us at support@kevinscoolstore.com right away. In cases where the error was due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will attempt to contact you. At our discretion, a refund may be issued minus the shipping cost. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days of our outreach, we will automatically process the refund with the shipping fee deducted.
